Yardmaster: Loop Sort – Privacy Policy
Yardmaster: Loop Sort ("the game") is made by Bayland Blue. This policy explains what information the game uses, who receives it, and the choices you have.
The short version
- The game has no accounts and asks for no personal information.
- Your progress, stars, boosters and settings are stored only on your device.
- Bayland Blue does not collect, receive or sell your data.
- The game shows ads from Google AdMob, and Google collects some device information to show and measure those ads, as described below.
- Purchases are handled entirely by Google Play.
Information stored on your device
The game saves your level results, stars, best times, boosters, daily streak, settings and any purchases you have made in a file on your device. This file is not sent to Bayland Blue or anyone else. Uninstalling the game deletes it, and Settings → Reset progress clears your progress.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The game shows a banner ad during play and offers optional ads you can choose to watch for a free booster. These ads are provided by Google AdMob. To show, limit and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect and process information such as:
- your device's advertising ID and other device identifiers;
- device and app information (model, operating system, language, app version);
- approximate location derived from your IP address;
- interactions with ads (for example, views and taps) and diagnostic information.
Bayland Blue does not receive this information in a form that identifies you; we see only summary reports such as how many ads were shown. Google's use of this information is governed by Google's own policies: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
Ads in the game are limited to content rated for general audiences (PG and below).
Your choices about ads
- Consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland): before ads load, the game shows Google's consent form where the law requires it. You can change your choice at any time with Settings → Privacy choices.
- Personalized ads: on Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization, under your device's Settings → Privacy → Ads (the exact menu varies by device).
- Remove banner ads: a one-time purchase in Settings removes the banner. Ads you choose to watch for a free booster remain optional.
Purchases (Google Play)
In-app purchases are processed by Google Play. Bayland Blue never sees your payment details. The game only receives confirmation of what you have bought so it can unlock it. See the Google Privacy Policy and the Google Play terms for how Google handles payments.
Children
The game is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed to children under 13. Bayland Blue does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact us and we will help.
Your rights
Because Bayland Blue does not hold personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. Data collected by Google for advertising can be managed through the choices above and through your Google account and device settings. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or California law), you may have additional rights, which you can exercise with Google for advertising data.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
